"This is a wonderful “back to nature” experience. It is in the rainforest - expect rainforest conditions. The staff here are exceptionally helpful and friendly. The property is in an amazing location but needs a little updating while I appreciate that there is constant moisture in the air, some areas could be updated / painted and maintained a little better. Our stay here was still wonderful regardless."

"Beautiful property!! Conveniently located close to a pickleball court, grocery store, shopping center and numerous restaurants!! The sky terrace gives you a scenic view of Panama City. The people are very friendly!! Can’t wait to return!"

"It wasn't a horrible stay but I wouldn't stay there again. I'll start with the negatives and finish with the positives.

The hotel is very dated and looks like it. The sink in my room drained very slowly and the faucet in the tu dropped continuosly. Many of the outlets didn't work. But in all fairness that may have been me. Outlets that didn't work for worked after housekeeping plugged things into them. The location in my opinión wasn't very good. Limited choices of restaurants in walking...

"We loved our time at this property and would definitely recommend others to visit during their time in Panama.
Sure, the lodges are a little rustic in places but they are perfectly comfortable.
The setting in the lake is beautiful, with a great pool, free kayaking facilities and places to completely switch off. I loved how calm and relaxing the place was.
Most importantly, the staff are superb. Friendly, attentive and fantastic hosts. We felt well looked after here. The food on offer was...

"Just a wonderful place to stay. The hotel is very tasteful- the pool area especially. Has a classy feel.
Food in the restaurant on site was great and every interaction with the staff was very nice.
