"Great place"

"The hotel is very nice but has some issues that are not acceptable at this price point. The rooms are clean but could use some upgrades. The bathroom had cracked tiles, sink that drained very slow, one of the sinks didn’t dispense cold water, etc. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating and the ocean front views are breath taking. We did have some issues with our door not locking and unlocking upon arrival and the hotel also forgot to pick us up after one of the tours we booked...

"The natural setting is beautiful. But for >> 1000/night, this experience is WAY below expectations. The staff is not helpful nor present. Certain places were not clean. The wireless does not work. When we asked for help with the thermostat because it was set to 65 degrees, they said the only option is to shut it off and have no AC. You pay 28 dollars for a salad of just leaves and 4 tomatoes or 17 dollars for tortilla chips and salsa. The worst part is the hours. The pool may open at 8 am but...

"Let's be clear, This is budget accommodation. However the staff were great and very helpful, the rooms were always cleaned and fresh towels left. Though out room was tired, we had everything we needed. Breakfast is by the pool and although basic we had everything that we needed. You won't go hungry unless you are really fussy."

"The whole property smelled of raw sewage. The pool chairs were hard with no cushions. Food was mediocre at best. Our room ceiling started leaking and had to be moved to another room. All inclusive was not entirely true. Ice cream you had to buy. If you wanted an in room fridge, you had to rent it extra $. Bad experience overall."

"Place was in a building under construction in which the apartment is very hidden and the instructions to find it were not clear. The place was really dark at night and made everything more difficult to find. Someone saw us struggling at night trying to find the place and guided us to the apartment. The host was not very accommodating regarding our request to ck out at 12 rather we than 11 am so that we could finish an activity that ran late. "

"Breakfast was good. The problem was that I explained I needed Wi-Fi and they didn't have it. I had to go to the restaurant to get a signal. When I wanted to speak to a staff member, there was never anyone at reception. When I tried to shower, I basically needed 40 minutes because the water wasn't flowing enough to wash myself. For the price they charge for accommodation, it doesn't seem right to me."

"Spacious and clean room, we had booked the one bedroom with kitchenette, which did come in handy to make a quick breakfast before heading out. There was a bit of a musty smell upon arrival but not a deal breaker, and was gone after we got settled in and let some air through the room.
