"Lovely last-minute stay! Would highly recommend and would come back. Staff were incredibly attentive, accommodating, friendly, and helpful (from a phone adapter to bus passes, if you enjoy the personal touch of a boutique hotel - this delivered). The suite was beautiful: Juliet balcony opens onto a neighborhood street with gorgeous views down to a peek of the ocean, charming street with gas lanterns and 'storybook' historic Lisbon architecture. I enjoyed starting my day with a Nespresso coffee and sunrise view. Great location in the Alfama neighborhood: steps to the old streetcar line, coffee, restaurants, and a bodega within a 2 min walk makes everything easy. Quiet and safe location and hotel, locals are walking their dogs and taking kids to school in the morning, restaurants are full in the evening making the street active and safe but contained to local folks enjoying their time. Chic design, lobby and suites well appointed. The bathroom especially was enjoyable with a large all marble shower. I was really pleased with the wide array of lighting options in my room, making it possible to tailor the desired ambiance perfectly. If you find lighting to be a pain point in either direction (too much, or not enough) this suite is for you because you will really be able to adjust a great many fixtures to suit whatever mood you desire. Airport hotel 'shuttle' was convenient, reliable and on time - it's a limo cab they will arrange. Bed was exceptionally comfortable. Great spot!"

"Lovely stay here. Clean, spacious, quiet and convenient location once we figured out the trams. Was just 20ish minutes from the airport as well by Uber. Nice to have a little kitchenette as well for evening tea."

"Unit was very large and clean. Has a washer and dryer and a great kitchen. Only possible issue is that no uber can go down the street. It is at the top of a slight hill, so you must be able to walk up and down a hill. Approx 3-5 minutes up the street from the Fado Museum. Tons of restaurants and markets. Walking distance to most popular places in Alfama. We hired a proper taxi from the airport and the Police wouldn’t let him drive down the street. It took a long time to get to the hotel due to that issue. Once we got there,Luis met us at the bottom of the street and helped with our luggage. Our unit had an outdoor terrace and tons of storage space if you need it. Once we got to the unit we had an amazing time. I highly recommend this property, but you should be able to be physically able to navigate the area by foot. "
