"The sidewalks are sloping away from the building and it's very easy to fall if you are walking parallel to the building. My wife fell twice and I fell once. Not good when you are 60 years old. We loved the room and the staff was amazing."

The hotel parking garage was too small for two vehicles to drive through at the same time; lot was full. There were two elevators for a 6-story hotel that were very delayed. Called down for extra towels that never were brought up. "I really enjoyed my stay. I had so much fun with the entertainment. The hot tub was amazing. My room was very clean and fresh each day. The first desk ladies were very nice and helpful. There were two things I didn’t like. I used my debit card to reserve my room. When I got there my debit card was charged an additional $200 for some fees that would be refunded if no damages were made. But then I was told that the credit back to my debt card could take up to ten days. That wasn’t cool at all....

"The view was okay but the A/C took two days to cool room. No hot water, just warm and wall plugs bairly held cords in wall. Breakfast was okay but biscuits were cold. The staff was nice and they returned a Stanley cup I forgot without a hassle. Thanks!"
