"Quería agradecerles y felicitarles por la magnífica experiencia que tuvimos durante nuestra estancia. Todo fue excelente: la limpieza, el confort, las instalaciones y, sobre todo, la amabilidad y atención de su personal. Da gusto encontrar lugares que cuidan cada detalle. ¡Sin duda volveremos y los recomendaremos!""

"Excellent service great staff will come back"

"We were positively surprised with breakfast and the breakfast room. Very complete, great staff, clean, well stacked, well organized, beautifully set-up. Staff was very nice and very attentive. We did not like the location, we were also staying during a weekend of many public protests, so it was loud during the mornings, and very busy outside. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel, so ordering a taxi, or a car is difficult because they can not park or wait."

"Great breakfast"

"El desayuno estaba increíble"

"All the staff I met were incredibly helpful and personable. My room was spacious and clean. A decent breakfast. A good location, near enough to a city centre and a Metro station, not too close/far into the centre though whereby I imagine it could get noisy. Would happily stay again!"

"Atención, servicio y ubicación ideal, cómodo con habitaciones amplias"

"El mejor hotel de Madrid!"
