"The room was clean and staff was amazing. From the front desk to housekeeping. Spouse has special needs and they are very accommodating. Stayed in a beach front room that was great walking out to the sea. Was able to spend 45 min in Terma Pool plus had a massage. Great time. Definitely return if cruise from Ravenna again."

"Very close to train station Staff were fantastic, friendly and helpful to make our stay comfortable. The hotel is a little dated but rooms were spacious, clean and perfect for our one night stay."

"The hotel is ok but nothing fancy or modern. The entire building needs attention, walls are dirty with scratches or partially painted. The shower has multiple sports with mold around the silicone or tile joints. TVs are very small. Breakfast was ok but not the best pastry. Parking is available at not cost If going to the cruise terminal there is a shuttle service for $15 euros per person."

They don’t speak English so great but their daughter does speak some English as does the person that helped us make the payment. The breakfast was phenomenal with so many options, and the location was perfect for exploring Ravenna on foot. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return."
