10 minutes walk yo Hakata station, 5 minutes walk to canal city, the location is good. The room is big, clean and comfortable, the front desk are helpful. Overall is a nice place to stay with.

Disappointing at room cleaning, kitchen and wifi
15 minutes on foot from JR station. The key taking point is near JR but it is not easy to find.
Kitchen: No pan is provided. Finally get them from key taking point. However the stove has problem and cannot make the fire. Quite disappoint.
Room keeping: Actual no cleaning services were provided in this 7 days occupying. The big trouble is from the lacking of towel. The staff at key-taking point said that we shall wash them by in-house washing machine. However no washing machine is equipped at room. Disappointed again!
From advertisement that wifi is provided at room. This statement is false and no wifi actually. Disappointed finally. .
