"The room and facilities were clean, sleek, stylish, and upscale. Service in the hotel and restaurant was a little cold, not as welcoming as other experiences. Onsen doesn't allow tattoos, which was disappointing after staying at many other wonderful hotels that had no issue with tattoos. But the highlight was the breakfast. Honestly this was the best food of our entire visit to Japan. Gourmet, seafood-centric boxes filled with absolute deliciousness. "

"This was an excellent hotel, near the station and close to everything. The room was first class, fresh flowers a nice touch, and the bathroom was truly amazing. The staff were friendly and accommodating to our needs, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. Definitely worth a look!"

The bed was okay, but probably the least comfortable on my trip so far. I have a bad back and I found myself tossing and turning a lot overnight. The hotel is close to a bus stop, which made getting around very easy. "

"A great location if you're travelling by train, as it's within very easy walking distance of the station. Also convenient for using the hop-on hop-off buses, which start and end at the train station. And the buffet breakfast is good. We never needed lunch!"
