"Lovely quiet apartment with access to beautiful rooftop view of Sumida river and Tokyo skyline. Staff was very friendly and accommodating to needs for flexibility with check in out. Beds were very comfortable. Washer/dryer was a great benefit also. 10 min or so walk to subway."

"The hotel is a superb choice to visit Tokyo. Easy access to metro and JR lines (1 stop to Tokyo station, 3 to Akihabara etc) yet very quiet and safe area nice to return after a busy day! "First time in Toyko and stayed here for 2 weeks. The hotel was small compared to western standard but made up in terms of service. Service was excellent since arriving at check in. All hotel staff spoke decent english and helpful. Especially, Casey, the senior conceirge, he provided travelling advice and offer solutions when issues arise. A bonus is having a washer and dryer in your room. This is not common offering at their room rate. 5 min walk from airport terminal/metro made it easy as...
