"Stunning grounds, comfortable rooms, slightly outdated decor. Unfortunately I couldn’t get coffee in the morning until restaurants were open. Would be nice to have free coffee and tea at early morning. Food in Japaneese restaurant was really overpriced for the quality of dishes ."

"Rooms are clean. Staff is kind, didn’t speak English but we use our google translate app. They also have 2 options for a breakfast buffet. Free shuttle to take you to and from Kawaguchiko station. The best part of the hotel will be the hot rock bed, 100% recommended."

"This hotel is beautiful, he will meet all your needs with added theme park next door. You wouldn’t even know it was there as you could not hear it in the hotel. I would recommend to get a view of Mt Fuji as it was amazing seeing that before and after bed."

"this was a very unique hotel, the hospitality from the staff was extraordinary, the ambience was Zen, the onsen was clean and warm, with a perfect Mt Fuji view. Loved every bit of our stay :) can’t wait to come back again!"
YuYu Hakone - Private Open Air Onsen Usage Guaranteed

"Bus stop right out front and convenient to the ropeway stop. Beat the crowds and go clockwise (ship, ropeway, then cable car). Black eggs stop worth it. Need cash if not using the H or K buses. Hakone pass was worth it as it covered the ferry, ropeway, cable car and H and K busses. The private onsen was really good after a day out. You book it for an hour and is included in your booking. Room #1 has its own shower, others use the onsen showers."

"LOVED our stay here! Initially when we were looking into booking, we thought it was expensive but figured... Why not, it's our honeymoon and who knows if we'll ever get another opportunity to book something like this. Honestly... Worth every penny!! We booked the room with the private onsen and it was wonderful. The onsen itself was really nice to have after all the walking we did. We also had our breakfast and dinner included and it was delicious! Would recommend this place to others and would definitely come back! Staff was also so friendly and accommodating!"

"If you’re traveling to Hakone, this hotel offers a private in-room hot spring. I would highly recommend it to anybody who’s looking to relax. The room is large and spacious, and so is the bath and shower. It was truly a relaxing few days that I spent in Hakone."
