Everything are very good. Hotel services, cleaning, food (breakfast and dinner), wearing Yukata and nice staffs. The view from lobby and room are very perfect to see Lake Kawaguchiko. Note if people does not drive car or take free shuttle from hotel, it feels tired when walk to the hotel from the main road

บริการรับส่งสถานีฟรี พนักงานพูดภาษาอังกฤษได้และจดจำลูกค้าได้ดี มี Welcome Drink และ Welcome Snack อร่อย ออนเซ็นขนาดพอเหมาะ ไปอาบน้ำที่ออนเซ็นสะดวกสบาย ห้องพักดีมาก ที่นอนสบายมาก อาหารเช้า-เย็น อร่อย คุ้มค่า ควรทานที่โรงแรมนี้ไปเลย โรงแรมติดร้านขนมชื่อดัง 2 ร้าน และอยู่ติดกับทางขึ้น Rope Way และใกล้ท่าเรือชมทะเลสาบ เดินเท้าได้เลยสะดวกมาก หรือจะไปเที่ยวที่อื่นก็มีป้ายรถบัสหน้าโรงแรมเลย มีชุดยูคาตะให้เลือก ครบเซ็ทพร้อมฟรีถุงเท้า ข้อเสียคือ โรงแรมอยู่บนเขา เดินขึ้น-ลง เหนื่อยมากหน่อย

Rooms are amazing - staff friendly - a couple of things which were odd - we could not pre book the shuttle as the phone on the web site is not a valid number - the club lounge is a dark room with no windows - a shame when across the corridor you have a massive living room/ hall with such an amazing view - no room service and could not take anything from the lounge to the room or sitting area with a view .

Beautiful place. We stayed in a Japanese style room, which was very spacious and nice. The onsen experience was unique and great. Included breakfast and tea time was handy, though vegetarian options are very limited

The lake views from my hotel room were absolutely stunning! The hotel staff was friendly and the amenities were amazing! Can’t sing this place’s praise loud enough! Will definitely come back!

I really love how confort the blanket is and the staff welcomes us in froint of the hotel in a cold weather without knowing when the guests will arrive. To those driving, there are two options to go this Ryokan: a super steep road (more than 60 degree steepness, next to a cheesecake shop and very unnoticeable entrance with a big signboard in Japanese character) and a very meandering road (which only allows one car to go through but both directions are allowed). I will recommend not to drive if u want to stay here. I came around mid Nov, and it is completely dark after 430pm. I recommend those not plan to drive to stay and order hotel dinner. The hotel is perfect with good price. The hotel lobby features ceiling to floor window with a full view of lake. Same goes to the room

This property is very top notch for its star rating. Everything is perfect in my view. There’s a ride to pick you up from the station. When we arrive at the property, there’s staff to greet us. The room is nice and spacious for the 2 of us. They gave us yukata to wear around the property. When we leave for dinner, the staff comes to your room to set up your futon beds. Dinner was very good but I feel it’s a bit pricey for the amount of food they provide. Oh wells. I booked their private onsen. I had a very good sleep. Breakfast was amazing. I was full by the time. The view of the lake from the hotel is amazing!!! No Mount Fuji view but I couldn’t care less for the view and price I’m paying and also you won’t be guaranteed the mountain view anyways depending on weather. Overall very good. Very happy with the place!

The staff and room were absolutely incredible! If you’re looking for an authentic and private stay, you absolutely cannot beat this place. The view from our ryokan style room was breathtaking, we could barely believe where we were and were so thankful for the opportunity to stay here. Couple of things to note: The walk there can be a little difficult if you take the driveway, it’s incredibly steep. If you suffer from any health issues that make it difficult for you to walk up hills or stairs, probably not the best place for you unless you taxi/shuttle to and from the hotel. The staff are also not the most proficient in English and I would recommend some basic knowledge of the Japanese language if you would like to stay here. Is it worth it? Absolutely a million times yes. Book it! Do it now!

The service the staff provided was absolutely phenomenal. The shuttle was actually free from 2-9pm during the day so even if the hotel was at the top of the hill it wasn't too much of a hassle going out to spend our day. The onsen was beautiful and definitely recommend getting the breakfast here!
