"Many things in Hakone were cloaed. Had dinner at the buffet which was amazing. The room was gorgeous with our private onsen. This was so relaxing. The hotel smelled amazing."

"Unfortunately, most of the amenities offered in room were not available. The room had a great view of Mt. Fuji but the booking was for 3 people and we had one small bed. The only amenities was the public onsen- which we did not need. We checked out within an hour of check in to another hotel. "

"The room was nice. The hotel has a great view as described and is so relaxing. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The only thing is it is in a bit of a food desert. The town is overcrowded and the hotel itself has very little food especially if the restaurant is booked. Highly recommend bringing food with you here. "

"Beautiful resort with great hospitality and amenities. The only critique I have is that, especially for this price, I feel like all guests who request the shuttle service to/from the train station should be offered it. It was very difficult for my husband, baby and I to get to the hotel without it (especially because no taxis/ubers were available) and when we wanted to go to use the shuttle on the way back to the train station, they said it was fully booked. They ended up eventually being able to accommodate us, for which we were incredibly grateful, but there was a lot of extra stress and pleading with the front desk to be able to get that confirmation. This was the only tarnish on an otherwise wonderful, relaxing stay. "

"Clean room. Most of the staff are nice and helpful especially Mr. Yamamoto. He is very nice and considerate. One of the day we stayed was raining heavily and our shoes got wet. He worried that we'd be cold and took the initiative to lend us an electric kettle to boil water."

"Our stay was amazing! Loved the onsen and dinner experience at the Japanese restaurant on site. Also very easy access to Mt Komagatake Ropeway, where we got excellent views to Mt Fuji at the top! "
