"The property was pristine and all staff members were incredibly attentive and friendly. Our room was spacious and loved having the private onsen. We dined at the hotel for breakfast and dinner -both were excellent but a special kudos to our chef for evening dinner as the steak was exceptional! The location is by the river but no walking path and there is some construction (reason for 4star ) but I would stay here again as we could easily walk to several attractions -gorgeous gardens and the outdoor sculpture museum .It is a little hilly but worth the effort. The hotel also provided a shuttle service to local stations that were prompt and well organized."

"Great stay at Toyoko Inn - there were shuttle bus from Kawaguchiko station to the hotel which was really convenient. Check in was smooth and the room was great too. Was able to see mt Fuji from my room too. Daily breakfast was delicious too - guests had 2 options (either Japanese or Western breakfast) to choose from. There were also some restaurants and convenient shops nearby. Overall would recommend a stay here!"

"Beautiful hotel in stunning grounds with view of Mt Fuji from some bedroom windows. It's not accessible by foot & public transport to get to the venue was a little bit challenging."

"The dinner and breakfast is included plus unlimited alcohol. When you check in you need to book your time for dinner slot time frame.s. The food is 10/10. Also you can book a private hot tub room for only 3000 yen tax included. 10-10 hotel and service is 10/10"
