"I've stayed here before and I knew how appropriate this hotel was for me. Staff 100%. Meal options excellent.
WOTIF? Not so good. Two amounts were taken from my account. You can only contact Wotif by email or chat. Waiting time ok compared to banks and internet providers but the chat itself was disruptive. I had to upload proof of the double dipping to my bank account and the chat upload wouldn't accept the upload despite being around 186k. Very frustrating to the chat agent and myself. ...

"Clean, immaculate property in a great location. My only gripe is that I had requested twin beds for my boys and ended up with a King - however they also let us into the property early so I was happy! Close to all the restaurants, parks and water and staff were all lovely. "
"Everything about our trip was amazing, staff are friendly, food is tasty and it’s a beautiful place to unwind. Only fault i could find would be the shower, i get cold easily so a door on it would have been nice, but it certainly isn’t a deal breaker… we’ll definitely be back. "
