"I've stayed here before and I knew how appropriate this hotel was for me. Staff 100%. Meal options excellent.
WOTIF? Not so good. Two amounts were taken from my account. You can only contact Wotif by email or chat. Waiting time ok compared to banks and internet providers but the chat itself was disruptive. I had to upload proof of the double dipping to my bank account and the chat upload wouldn't accept the upload despite being around 186k. Very frustrating to the chat agent and myself. ...
"Loved the fact everything was in good walking distance to our accomodation. Would love if the car park at the back closest to the units were allocated to the corresponding unit. It was very comfortable and the staff were fantastic."

"The cabin is very close to the next ones, as they are all on the same block and you can hear your neighbours easily. The beds were very hard, but very stylish and well appointed. Limited cooking options and tiny kitchen. The spa on the deck is a great idea, but you cannot change The temperature to make it any warmer."

"We had a 1 bedroom suite. It was attractive, modern and spacious. The kitchen facilities were excellent, the bed was comfortable and we loved the large balcony.
It was great to walk out the door for the beach and coffee. Several dining options nearby.
