Great unit! Nice kitchen amenities and outlook. Clean areas as you would expect in a holiday rental and great to have a full laundry. Would be even better if air con in second bedroom to cool the whole apartment.

Clean and easy to find with the instructions given. The clicker was running out of battery which caused some issues. A neighbour liked to use his drill at 6am and was very loud. Pool was wonderful on a hot day. Enough facilities for a whole family.

Unit was very good. Perfectly clean and as described. Wifi details in folder did not match - modem had clearly been updated. Pool and complex facilities well maintained. Check in instructions pretty poor. Much more detail could be given to make the process easier, particularly around accessing gated areas, parking and locating the unit.

Really lovely property and area. Needs better support for when issues arise. Our remote to open the gate didn’t work and the support we received to fix that issue was lacklustre. If we had been staying more than one night, I would have been pretty unhappy.

The check in process was rather convoluted and lacked clear instructions. Not impressed with only bed cover option as doona - no wonder people over use aircon. The internet was not working which made working difficult and no after hours contact for booking or even a compendium

Honestly, don't waste your money and time at this property under the current management. There was very limited information on the procedure to gain access to the unit we rented. It was like an escape room challenge that we didn't need. Room was beat up, dirty and back door had no ability to lock. The remote controls for the gates didn't work well and we had to press them multiple times to get it to work. There was no explanation on how to use the lift as you need to use a key to get back to your car. I am grateful that a resident shared this information with us. People kept using our allocated carpark which left us uncertain on where to park. If you like mould, dust, filthy windows, greasy marks all over the kitchen and fridge, pet hair and a mattress protector that looks like a crime scene then this is your dream stay.
