"We were very happy with So' Lifestyle Hotel. It's recently renovated, spotless, and the staff was friendly and attentive. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the crib was ready when we arrived, which we really appreciated with a baby. The bed and bathroom were comfortable (pillows a bit thin for my taste, but they give two per person), and the terrace, elevator and Wi-Fi all worked well. Our room matched what we booked (Classic Double with sofa bed and balcony). The location is a bit farther from Sorrento's center than we would have liked, but it's walkable, or a 20-30 euro taxi. Some things could be improved. The renovation seems to need a few finishing touches: several light switches didn't work properly or didn't control what they should, and the A/C panel is confusing, although the A/C works well. Soundproofing is poor; we clearly heard people in the hallway and nearby rooms, which matters with a baby. Breakfast was good, but the team seems understaffed: tables were slow to be cleaned, and coffee and food took a while to be refilled. The 24-hour food service is advertised, but there is no room service (you go down to order and pick up) and the QR menu shows limited hours. Overall, a good value and a place we'd consider again once these small details are sorted out."

"We stayed at Hotel Resoto in early Oct '26 for a couple days. Overall the hotel is OK, small by US standards, with a pleasant breakfast environment & food item selection (nice to have fresh made coffee) The room had very little bath counter space, tiny shower & a bit slippery, bed & linen were only OK. There was a welcome gift of a wine bottle and the folks there were nice. As a side note the walk from the Sant Agnello train and bus drop is not too far thankfully but the walking surface while pulling luggage is a PITA - very narrow in spots with rushing traffic and very bumpy & uneven surface."

"All staff were extremely helpful and attentive, especially the front desk. We’d never before stayed in a hotel where we were made to feel so welcome. The views from the hotel were outstanding. Rooms and property were very well maintained and clean. Breakfast was very good. After booking the hotel through Expedia we then booked transportation and tours of area through the hotel. All bookings were above expectations. Mobility warning: The hotel shuttle drop off in Sorrento requires you to walk down some stairs then along a sidewalk to get to main tourist area."

"We stayed here for 5 nights, it was a wonderful stay. The hotel is charming & very well maintained. Staff is very friendly & helpful. Breakfast was lovely with ample options.Location is central with the view of the water from the rooftop & walk to the marina where the ferries leave is abt 20 mnts but there is an elevator that can take you down to that marina also if u are not in the mood to walk down.Grand Marina is also abt 15-20 mnts walk, has some nice restaurants. Lots of restaurants & shopping right outside the hotel. The Donna Sofia Restaurant just outside the hotel is a great dining option."

"Very clean and cheerful. I didn't realize when I made the arrangements that breakfast and dinner were included. I wouldn't think a hotel in Italy would expect you to eat in their restaurant every day and night, so I would rather have the eating plan be an optional add-on. Nice garden outside to walk around in, above the traffic. The only minor complaint is that there is no iron in the room due to "safety concerns". So, if you want to iron clothes, you have to bring them down to the basement. I had a lot of wrinkled clothes and we borrowed a friend's portable steamer. I would stay there again!"
