We had the best time at the Gargiulo Suites, it is run by a lovely family who enjoy what they do and are extremely helpful and friendly. The suites are right around the corner from the Piano Di Sorrento train station which makes it really easy to get in and out of Sorrento.

I highly recommend a stay here. These are quiet and comfortable family-owned rooms set in Piano di Sorrento (about 4 km from the centre of Sorrento). It is a 6-minute walk from Piano train station. It has a large swimming pool set in a large garden with good parking. There is a small number of staff, so you will have to plan your needs. I highly recommend a visit to the family-run restaurant, champagne bar and hotel set in the hills above Sorrento (10 minutes by car). This serves excellent haute cuisine based on seasonal home-grown and local produce, backed by a good selection of fine wines (albeit not cheap).

This is a great hotel to stay at. The hotel room was very spacious with a very large balcony and a nice view. Facilities were great including use of a pool. Breakfast was included and bountiful. The owners were incredibly attentive and helpful when it came to advising on trips and places to eat. I’d highly recommend the sister restaurant under the same ownership. The food was exception, the restaurant was new and swanky and the views of the coast were lovely. The only downside was the noise from the trains nearby and a lot of barking dogs. But this wouldn’t put me off returning. It’s a little out from Sorrento centre but walkable and the train station is nearby. Overall I would recommend this as a place to stay.

We were the first guests to stay at this property and we felt as though we were treated like royalty! We stayed for 5 nights and the space was perfect for our 2 children (ages 8 and 13) and ourselves. There is a grocery store that's walkable as well as a train station that will take you into Sorrento or back to Naples. We stayed in the garden view superior suites. Rosa and Agustino were amazing and helped us with any questions, any needs. You can send out your laundry as well for a small fee. The breakfast every morning was beautifully made and fresh from the Garigulo Resort (sister property) chef each am. The pool is nice, there is a ping pong table as well and the property itself is gorgeous with hydrangeas, flowers and beautiful scenery. It's quiet as well and is gated. We would recommend this property to anyone that is wanting to stay just outside Sorrento to avoid the crowds and hustle and bustle to relax. We did not want to leave! We also had dinner at the sister resort. Agustino drove us over and the view was breathtaking. The lamb chops were amazing! We felt like family and were treated as such. I can't recomment this property enough!
