This place isn’t terrible but I wouldn’t stay here again due to a few annoyances. The first one is my hand literally got scalded from the hot water in unit 7’s bathroom sink. Something is wrong with the water in this unit. It was a constant game of scalding/cold showers. The bed was comfortable enough for me but the pillows were so thin & flat that I needed to stack both of them to equate to one pillow. (I’m not going to complain about the street parking because I knew it was limited ahead of time) The host provided a QR code inside the rental which gives you a $20 daily parking rate which was nice. Nick’s is the bar you’ll hear music from at night so if you go to bed by 8 or 9 & want 100% silence, don’t stay here because you will hear it! I stayed over Christmas and I definitely heard the music. I love music & it didn’t bother me. However, it did seem to stop by 10 or 11, if not sooner. The kitchen was stocked with pots and pans. I cooked breakfast 2 mornings and a steak dinner one night and had everything for it. (Knives,wine opener, spatulas etc) We had pizza at Sahara which is next to Nick’s and it was good. This place doesn’t provide beach towels, chairs,etc so buy your own. I stayed at the Hotel Sheldon earlier this year and they were equally as nice, provided these items, had direct beach access, and the rooms had an ocean view. The only thing it didn’t provide was the kitchen to cook. Lastly, the host was awesome and responsive.

Very nice apt. All furnishings in good shape. Very clean. Phenomenal communication, very impressed! Parking is a nightmare, but not the facilities fault. Very close to all amenities and beach, but not too close to be loud.

Visit Hollywood Beach often. The small kitchen is a great add over a normal hotel room. TV area is nice to relax in. Bathroom clean and new. Only concern is parking. We had no issues finding a spot but during busier times it might be an issue. Will definitely stay here again!!

This was my most enjoyable stay while visiting Hollywood Beach. I can’t say enough about great the experience was. The customer service was top of the line. I appreciated the option for an early check in which got my 4 day trip off to a nice start. The loft was so nice and clean just as pictured online. The location is convenient. I really can’t wait to come back for another visit.. I’ve been telling everyone I know that this is definitely the place to stay!

Hope this place improves

Only two sets of towels and wash cloths for the duration for your stay. Tv is old and has no cable service. Laundry room is dirty. Hot water only works for shower, not tub for some reason. Bed was really comfortable and communication was great.

We enjoyed that the property was on the beach and in walking distance of many places. The property owner was also responsive in communication. We did enjoy the amount of safety that was present. There were many police officers and security guards nearby to feel protected. The parking was a bit expensive and difficult to find. Our main issue was with the water temperature. We had issues with the hot water and sent a video to fix the breaker. Unfortunately, the property did not have anyone to come out to check the water until the next day. It is not pleasant showing in cold water.

I mainly chose this property because of my love for lofts. The room had everything i needed for my 3 night stay. Walkable distance to groceries and food places, 5min max because of how close they were. The only downside was parking. The day passes helped on the cost, but because there was no designated parking lots like other properties around, it was hard to find an open spot. Luckily a beach goer was leaving, as i circled the streets, and i got a spot directly out front. If you dont drive, this is still a perfect spot for a mini vaca. Will definitely reserve again!
