"Bathroom handle was broken and no-one repaired it. Fan and desk is full of thick dust. Look like the room wasn't cleaned for long time. This is also after it took them 2 hours to f8nd a room for me. Very poor."

"We stayed for a night , room was clean with Marina view , AC wasn’t working and no staff on site to fix it at night , offered to change room at 2 am ( ???) , No soap in soap dispenser when we are in a rush to attend the event . Overall a bad experience at that price point !"
