"Serious problems: 1. Breakfast consisted of small plastic-wrapped muffins, child size yogurt, and coffee. Never seen such a nothing, and they claim it’s breakfast— rip off. 2- Room cleaned only once a week, even if you request after 3 days. Wish they had told us. Rip off. 3- and the worst… no extra toilet paper… one roll for 2 people per week. We asked, and were told they didn’t have any. Unbelievable, but this actually happened. Recommended action plan: sell to someone else because management has no idea how to run a business in hospitality."
