"We loved this hotel! I didn’t realize we were walking into such a beautiful oasis in the middle of the city. We loved all the amenities they offered and even took a free breath work class. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and the rooms were beautiful. The next time I visit NYC, I will definitely be staying here again."

"Nice location & pretty hotel, but our AC never really worked well even though we had it at 65 degrees, no one ever came to clean our room or give us fresh towels (we were there a short weekend but gone most of the day and wanted just one day with fresh bedding etc), no fridge in the room (just a “cooler” that didn’t stay cool). Definitely wouldn’t come back here but had a nice trip and enjoyed the location - go to cafe aroma for the best coffee and breakfast/lunch quick fixes!!!"

"This hotel was a pleasant surprise. A jewel for a budgeted trip, I am so glad I bumped into it when looking for a hotel for our family stay in NYC. Talk about simplicity. This hotel is not super fancy or have the bells and whistles of others, but they practice a fair price, have comfortable rooms, a surprisingly 4-items delicious breakfast. On top of it, location is unbeatable, super central, easy to navigate everywhere from its location. It is uncomplicated as it can be. You get your keys, you go to your room, have a good night of sleep, come back in the morning for delicious bagels or muffins if you fancy it a bit more sweet. The room was spacious enough for our family of five, they considered every request on my reservation and were super quick to provide an extra bed when we arrived. My respect for all the staff that were impeccable on every iteration I had with them. I recommend requesting a room facing the back of the hotel if you have light sleep, because of the traffic."

"Small space with huge advantages! Staff was helpful and awesome with answering questions and offering free tours daily. Location was the best ! Breakfast was great . Lounge very nice and cozy. The bar is very nice. Great vibe in the lobby area the decor and music were great. View from my window was awesome ! Short walk to everywhere and subway literally next door! I highly recommend. Very affordable as well."
