"This property is literally at the edge of a gorgeous mountain, surrounded by lovely birds and calm nature. You can't put a price on amenities like that! You could pay more to stay at the nearby historic Limpia Hotel (and that's where you will probably eat, since there are very few dining options in Fr. Davis), but in my opinion, even that would not be better. I will stay here again. Gracious hosts, clear communication: there's a good spirit to this clean, well-appointed small hotel. "
"A quiet, peaceful setting on the outskirts of town. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast which was included, and at an appropriate time in the morning. I highly recommend staying here while exploring Fort Davis."
"I've been coming to this place for years and the staff always treats me and my wife great! They go out of their way to make our stay so enjoyable. I wouldn't stay any where else when I'm visiting Ft. Davis!!

"High Frontier is located in the beautiful Davis Mountains in West Texas. It is fairly new. We had extreme privacy. We never saw anyone else during our stay. Various amenities on the property were still under construction but useable. My family had a blast. We only regret we were not able to stay longer. "
