"I was very happy with 2 people in particular who went above and beyond. First it was Margarita, the receptionist. She was very attentive and patient, especially when the hotel was super busy and full. Stef was part of the staff and she was just so kind and helpful with anything I needed or my kids. "

The entrance (garden areas - maintenance and security/lighting at night) and parking area are not kept up to the standard of the rest of the hotel. So, first impression was a bit dubious, but once inside it was apparent that the place was of quality."

"I love staying here overnight when Im flying out of Madrid. The property is huge but the service is excellent. The hotel has a very nice bar area and it also has a really good restaurant which is nice to finish off your trip or vacation"
