"The room was very clean, bathroom spotless. Everything you needed in the bathroom. Tea, coffee, long life milk and a few biscuits. TV. Room was a good size. Breakfast had a good choice and you pre ordered. The owners were a lovely couple and very helpful. We would definitely stay again if in the area and would recommend it. "

"We had a wonderful experience at The Mortimer’s Arms. If you are visiting Paultons Park/Peppa Pig World, the location is unbeatable (within walking distance). The hotel is exceptionally dog-friendly. They provided a water bowl, treats, and a toy for our dog, which was such a lovely gesture. The rooms are spacious and high-end; we easily fit a large dog crate in the room with plenty of floor space to spare. The complimentary breakfast was high quality and delicious. I also appreciated the unlimited hot drinks and water, it’s those small details that make a stay feel special. We'll definitely be back."

"The rooms were spotless, the staff was very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed a wonderful dinner at the pub behind the lodge. (The Indian restaurant staff was very friendly as well, but it was Valentine's Day and we had not made a reservation, so we went to the pub.) We thoroughly enjoyed our experience there! Then we returned to the lodge for a good night's sleep. We were warm and comfortable. "

"The room was spotless, as was the entire hotel. All staff were very good as well. One small gripe, there was a booklet in the room about the Bell Inn, sadly the cover was sticky! But this did not detract from a very pleasant stay. "
