"Room is clean but slightly smaller. There is no rainshower and slippers are not provided. Air conditioner unit is switched off during winter and you are expected to open the balcony door for ventilation. There is no restaurant around the area and the nearest convenient store is 10mims walk away. "

"The hotel uses self checkin but when I had an issue, a lady immediately came to help. Although she didn’t speak any English, she immediately called an interpreter service and we were able to take care of the administrative things. Room was spacious, good AC, tv, water boiler and even hair dryer. Bed was comfortable too. Overall, it was great value for money and service was outstanding given that I don’t speak any Korean. "
