Kezebel our receptionist was very kind and sweet. She spoke fluent English which helped us immensely with our first time in Buenos Aires. The location was prime and my wife loved the fact that they have bath tubs. Nice place overall.

The rooms facing the street are very noisy during the night especially during weekends when the disco is open amd when public qorkers clean the street. If you eant a relaxed sleep I would not recommend staying here. Staff was polite, available and location is good

What stood out was staff are amazing helpful and friendly . Bed was very comfortable . What they need to improve is the shower pressure was very low like spitting the water ...because at the end of a tiring day you need to have a nice and relaxing good shower....it took forever to rinse because of the low pressure water. Otherwise location is great ! Room was quite tight to move especially if you have big luggages.

For the price, it is reasonable. The sheets and pillow are very clean. Internet was better if you find the room close to the router. The external door was always locked and so it felt safe. The area was great with decent restaurants and cheaper than Chinatown and Parlemo.

The staff is friendly and very helpful. However, they need to work on some details, such as the water in the room, and check if the heater/AC works properly. The hotel is brand new and has considerable potential. For the business trip, it worked very well. Many thanks!
