The place is out dated, looks old and not renovated. Shared shower and toilet, which was not clearly stated at the description when I booked the hotel. The shower was nasty and water pressure low. In a good side the hotel is close to train station, but not worth the money.

Conveniently located close to the train station and within easy walking distance of the Duomo, but small, dated rooms with shared bathrooms, no breakfast, no AC, and no maid service. After check-in, there's no management present on the premises should you have questions, etc. This is more of a glorified hostel than a hotel.

The room was very hot. The city was hot, but the room was terribly hot. They had fans in the room. The sheets were clean and bathroom, but under bed there was a stack of lint looks like never cleaned under bed. It was walking distance to center of town.

There is no Air conditioner in the room. Outside temperature is 35 degree Celsius. It was very uncomfortable and feeling very bad not only to hotel, also to the city of Florence.

You could hear everything that happened outside the room, the room didn’t look anything like in the photos, floor and shower were really dirty The staff were on the lookout for our arrival but aside from that there was nothing good in this hotel

After waiting outside for twenty minutes after I told the property I would check in, I was able to enter as someone else left. The property manager was not at his desk when I entered either, and it took another several minutes to check in.

It is not a Hotel, rather a Hostel

We booked Soggiorno Primavera for a Business trip. On the day of arrival, there was a pile of rubbish outside the place and once passed the rubbish, rung the bell, we were greeted by a gentleman on the stair as there was no reception area on the ground floor. The 'Hotel' is located on the first floor. The gentleman made us pay for our rooms for three nights first and then gave us keys to the room. I went to the room and there was no facility (lavatory). I went back to the gentleman i queried, in which he said it was stated on the website. I checked the website and couldn't locate it. So i stayed in a very cramped room with shared toilet down the corridor. For the three days we stayed we saw none. There was NOBODY around and no staff, unlike what is been mentioned on their website. The toilet was NEVER Cleaned in the three days we stayed. It was a traumatising few days and i will NEVER go back and would never recommend it. It is not a B&B Hotel it is rather a Hostel as it is stated on its outside door with golden plaque. Save your money and book somewhere else, it is not worth the amount we paid (over £220). A very disappointed customer, from the lack of staff engagement, cleanliness and shortage of facilities. Finally, the reviews on the website cannot be genuine, what is been described it is not TRUE!

Reservamos una habitación con baño y nos dieron una con baño compartido, aceptamos ya que estábamos ahí y al verlo no daban ganas de usarlo, la insonorización es un concepto que no conocen, llegamos cansados y teníamos que usar tapones para poder dormir ya que el ruido de fuera como el de las habitaciones de al lado y de la planta de arriba no nos dejaron descansar, solo nos recibieron al llegar y luego no volvimos a ver a ningún responsable, en conclusión nada recomendable a pesar de estar cerca de la estación de tren que sería el único punto a favor que tienen.

Gostei da estadia! Local super bem localizado. Meu quarto não tinha banheiro dentro, mas haviam dois banheiros no corredor que sempre estavam livres. A minha única observação é que ao longo dos dois dias que passei na hospedagem, não limparam o banheiro, e considero que essa deveria ser uma atividade diária.
