Really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Zanobi 45. It’s in a perfect spot, close to everything in Florence, but still quiet and cozy. The room was clean, check-in was very easy, and the staff were nice and welcoming. I’d for sure recommend this place and would stay again.

The hotel was nice and cute. Our room was a nice size for three people. I liked how the bedroom had two closet spaces and a table. It’s nice how they offer refreshments and snacks. The bedroom was very clean and the bed was comfortable. AC was plus. I will most likely stay here again. Thank you for having us.

Up until now, I have used various hotels when I traveled abroad, but there was no hotel in the same class that was so clean and the air conditioner and shower were in good condition. In particular, the staff's service was really friendly and polite, and they definitely made this trip good. Also, I will definitely choose your hotel again when I travel to Florence

Many good things about this hotel - friendly staff. The receptionist lady even took my bag upstairs, considering my age. - they have cookies, fruits, water, coffee, and tea available all the time. - very nice location

Highly recommend staying here! Perfect location, train station and city centre within walking distance. Was in a quiet location. Room was clean and modern. Bathroom was spacious enough and clean. Zanobi 45 - it’s a hidden gem (!) The location is absolutely perfect and so close to all main attractions that Florence has to offer. It’s clean and quiet and staff at the reception (especially Elena) is very nice , helpful and much accommodating. We had a wonderful stay there and would definitely recommend this hotel. It was such a cute place, all of the staff we encountered were so helpful and friedly. There is a little snack station and sitting area which was very nice. Rooms were comfortable even for 3 of us. Always felt safe walking around and was totally walkable for the things we wanted to do and see. Would definitely stay again, great value.

Spacious room with excellent sheets and towels. While it doesn't have a TV, we really didn't need it. Very good Wi-Fi. The reception has a space with coffee, cookies, biscuits, and an electric kettle, available for free use 24 hours a day. The staff was very friendly. See you soon!

We had the most incredible experience here!!! The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. It’s in a great location that is safe and convenient- only about 10 minutes to the Duomo. Our hotel room was clean, spacious, and updated. The hotel amenities were amazing (free water, coffee, and snacks, luggage storage before check in, etc.). I cannot say enough positive things about this hotel! Staying here was one of the highlights of our trip!
