"The B&B is very well located very close to the city center (Duomo). Room is with modernized amenities, very nice shower and bathroom. Very comfy space and everything is super clean. The people we interacted with either on line or at the room were really nice with us. The person that cleans the room helped us get a Taxi to the airport, as our phone was having issues to connect locally. This is a perfect place to stay if you want to visit Florence. Just make sure you read the instructions and...

"A modern and convenient hotel located next to the Central Market. The city center is within an easy walk and the area is packed with great restaurants and cafes. The hotel has an excellent valet parking which is rare in the busy downtown Florence. The staff are very friendly and go out of their way to help and accommodate. The breakfast was also excellent."

These are accommodations offered to students and by those standards, the condition is pretty poor, The bed was very high and not comfortable, the size was small and the room comforts were pretty poor considering the tariff Social Hub charged. The only positive thing, I can say is that it has a nice roof top bar. Very disappointed."
