"The lady at reception was amazing. Front entrance/lobby are under renovations. Elevators are in desperate need for renovation. However, the rooms are well renovated, very clean and bed is comfortable. Now, please note that this hotel is ALSO a banquet hall. If there are any events happening, you will hear the music until the wee hours. Overall, I did enjoy my stay. Just be mindful of possible noise during nighttime events. Staff was also welcoming and friendly. "

"First time staying here. It's roughly 8 km from downtown (old port), but factor in traffic and it takes about 30 minutes to get there (depending on the day/time, of course). The property itself gives off motel vibes. Hallways smelled as they do have some smoking rooms on site. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our room (131 - Executive Suite, 1 Queen Bed, Hot Tub) was clean and relatively modern. Rain shower head wasn't in the best shape. Parking and Breakfast (7am-10am) was included. Super C grocery store located across the road and a Tim Horton's is just down the street. Not a bad experience, but considering what we paid won't be staying here again as it is worth paying a premium to stay closer to the downtown core."

"Honestly one of the roughest hotel stays I’ve had in a while. The place is badly maintained, everything looks old and neglected, and there seem to be problems everywhere you look. The room itself was not properly cleaned and the fridge had an inch and a half ice buildup. Parking is terrible. It’s overcrowded, disorganized, and hard to find a spot. The atmosphere around the property was also uncomfortable at night because of constant noise and people hanging around outside. Housekeeping was frustrating too. For the amount they charge, you would at least expect decent cleanliness and basic upkeep, but this place barely meets minimum standards. Would not stay here again."
