"We enjoyed our stay! Breakfast on the rooftop terrace was our favorite thing. The cons: our room was fairly small and you had to step up another level to get into the bathroom. Because of this, in the middle of the night, my husband fell and cut his arm badly. The staff was very nice though, and tried to take care of the cut. It was hard to find the doors Into the hotel and the doors out of the hotel if that makes sense."

The location was perfect to explore Rome by walking, and the AC and amenities (kitchen, coffee machine, biscuits and croissants) were a great bonus. "I had a very bad experience from start to finish in this property.. I don't recommend it to anyone.. The property is located on the 3rd floor and the lift was Not working.. No hot water in the bathroom ( I didn't have shower for all the period I stayed there, ( I reported the problem to the cleaner who tried to fix it by herself but she couldn't ).. The toilet seat was cracked so every time I used the toilet, the toilet seat pinched my bottom and that was very painful.. No reception desk so...

"It was ok for one night, but would not recommend for longer stay. Felt more like a higher end hostel than a multi star hotel. Staff wasn’t always present on site. Did not accommodate with early check in even though we emailed and messaged requesting early check in months ahead of time"

"The 2 bedroom 1077 sq. ft superior suite was huge, very clean, high ceilings and architecturally beautiful! The Spanish steps is very nice, restaurants and shops nearby. Giulia at the desk staff was fantastic, very friendly and accommodating. :-) We enjoyed our stay at the Internazionale Domus. Thank you, Mr. and Mrs Cruz! :)"
