"On arrival we were unable to access the property and had to wait for another guest to let us in. Smooth check process thereafter, Michael receptionist lovely and welcoming. Property description is not entirely what it seems as whole chalet is a bit miss leading, the rooms are part of a large building and spacious, clean rooms. "The room was good but bathroom plugs etc needed repair. Would have been nice if I didn’t have to ask for water to be delivered to room. The staff were very helpful but had to request room to be cleaned on one of the days. Had waited patiently until 4.00 p.m. We had been forgotten. On our last day there was a conference which was to last a week. Hundreds of people in reception area and lounge area. Very very noisy and nowhere for other guests to go to get away from the noise. We had booked out of our room, so couldn’t go there and it was 31 degrees outside, so far too hot for an elderly couple to go out. Sorry but will think twice before staying in your hotel again."

Room just what I needed with airconditioning, very clean, comfortable bed with cool cotton bedding. Bar staff cheerful and caring. Close to venue of Brighton centre for my conference. I'm impressed and will definitely choose this hotel for next stay in Brighton!"
