"The second time at the Pan Pacific London was even better than the first time. I was disappointed that the hotel doesn’t offer a tube of Duptique hand cream anymore but other than that everything was excellent!
We will be back when in London!! "
"Good location - so convenient for sightseeing. Had comfortable bed with nice bedspread. Was mostly quiet location.
Probably 4.5 stars overall: Some minor improvements in experience on a few fronts could have made it perfect. "
"The apartment was amazing! Clean, safe, quiet, 1-2 min to the metro and all kinds of the restaurants; 7-10 min walk to St Paul’s cathedral. The staff were amazing, friendly, patient, especially Beatriz from Spain and the lovely Indian young lady ( I forgot her name)! "
"Lovely welcoming staff on reception desk, room was great, much bigger than expected for central London, very clean, great little extras, kettle and coffee machine, fridge in room with a selection of complimentary soft drinks and snacks, toiletries etc. Location was great, 2 minute walk from tube. Definitely will stay here again. "

"Das Hotel ist sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Einige Zimmer haben Fenster mit Milchglas, trotzdem lichtdurchflutet.
Das einige was wir vermisst haben, war die Möglichkeit Wasser oder Eiswürfel zu holen.
Rafael von Frühstücksservice ist sehr freundlich und kompetent. Ein großes Lob für ihn!"
