"Incredible stay! The staff were so friendly and helpful to us and so lovely with our children. We enjoyed the spacious room and the swimming pool was amazing. When we returned from being out in London the staff were so welcoming back and went above and beyond to make us have a wonderful luxurious stay. "Absolutely amazing stay here. We were staying for our 10th wedding anniversary and everyone made us feel special and welcome. Nothing was too much hassle or a problem. The food was delicious. The spa was so relaxing, clean and perfect. The whole stay was phenomenal and we will be back. Thank you for making our anniversary so perfect."

"Das Hotel liegt sehr gut, leider werden die Zimmer nicht mehr gereinigt."

"Everything about this hotel was pure perfection. It was perfect from start to finish. Every staff member was so friendly and attentive - from those on the ground floor with the concierge to reception to the room maids/cleaners. We stayed at this hotel last year for one night but had to visit again this year for two nights to properly appreciate the hotel whilst celebrating our wedding anniversary. We were not disappointed. It was beautiful and outstanding. The whole hotel was spotless. There...

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist durch einen Gang mit der beeindruckenden Bar verbunden. Dort wird auch das Frühstück serviert. "I stayed here recently and enjoyed it from check-in to checkout. The front desk team was friendly from the moment I walked in. They greeted me by name, answered every question without hurrying me, and sorted out a small request quickly and cheerfully. My room was larger than I expected. It was spotless, with fresh linens, a comfortable bed and plenty of space to spread out and unpack. Nothing felt cramped or tired, and it was quiet enough to sleep well. The bar was the highlight. The cocktails...

"Gutes und ausreichendes Frühstück. Sehr gute, zentrale Lage. Ganz in der Nähe einer U-Station"

"Great location- 15 min walk to london bridge underground station. The neighborhood felt safe with lots of options for restaurants and groceries. The room is a good size. Kitchen amenities are good but there was no toaster. Overall I would recommend and stay there again."
