"The lady at the front desk was very welcoming and sweet. The lobby was very clean. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The grounds were very well maintained and it was very quiet and relaxing. The breakfast and coffee were very good with lots of options."

"Parking is easy. Since 2021, whenever I visit the Knoxville area, I stay at the Jefferson Inn. I get in late, so I rarely eat the breakfast before I leave the next morning. It's quiet. The TV works fine. Bathroom is good. Staff is helpful. One time, I accidentally left my driver's license at the motel. They soon mailed it back to me. I will continue to stay there."

"Room was new and clean even though the outside was a little dated. Definitely stay again"

"This was our second time staying in a week. During our first stay, our air was not working and Dylan the front desk staff came up and worked on it. He would have given us a different room, but they were full. The owner/manager have us a credit on the room. So we decided to stay again on the way home. Dylan once again was amazing and accommodating. This young man is 25 and takes great pride in his job. Definitely recommend if you are needing a place to stay near Dandridge, Pigeon Forge or...

"The Lodge at Old City Hall delivers an exceptional experience with spotless rooms, top-notch service, and a welcoming atmosphere. Every detail of our stay was wonderful, making it a place we'd highly recommend and happily return to!"

"Great"

"Conveniently located right off the interstate"

"Clean, friendly, and very nice breakfast. Building was pretty."

"Hands down one of the coolest places I’ve ever stayed! The whole motorcycle-themed concept is awesome, and they absolutely nailed it. The rooms are spotless, everything looks brand new, and did I mention there’s an ACTUAL motorcycle in the room?! Not a picture, not a model, but a full-size Honda Repsol sitting behind glass. Pretty sure that’s the first time I’ve slept next to a motorcycle without my wife questioning my life choices. The attention to detail is incredible. They even have an ice...

"The hotel is nice. However I made the reservation through Expedia and selected a room with bathtub/shower combination. It's what I paid for..however we were given a room with a shower only and the clerk said none were available. Again I reserved and paid for the bathtub/ shower specifically for my wife's needs. I'm disappointed"

"Todo muy limpio y amables"

"The room was very clean, staff was friendly. Breakfast was good! The coffe machine was amazing! Will be coming back!"

"The room was clean staff was friendly but I feel like it was meant for workers .. our hall way smelled like marijuana a lot of screaming through out the night will not stay there again"

"The room is clean and the waterpark is amazing! My son enjoyed the waterpark so much!! The building itself though as a whole i feel like needs some major renovation. Carpets look and smell old. Bathrooms need some updating too. The rooms and hallway feels creepy. I wish they will add some modern touch in their property soon!"

"Kids loved the indoor water park. Room was nice staff helpful. Didn't care for the trying to sell you a time share all over the main lobby but it was nice"

"Reviews online were obviously fabricated. Room was very dirty. Stains all over the wall. Carpet was disgusting. Beds were definitely not queen's. Elevator was out of order, which made it very difficult for my husband, who is handicap, to get up the stairs. Asked for more towels and was told that we had to return our dirty ones before they would bring us more. Said that we would have had to physically bring them down to laundry before we could get any more. Will never stay there again."
