The room is very clean , good bathtub , big ben view in my room so good (Room type : Suite with bigben view). If you need anyhelp or anything i phone called and all of the staff help a lot. "Convenient as short walk to London BigBen and love the area as quiet and not too crowded part. The property generally is classy and clean however our room is not as clean especially the bathroom, there are missed areas uncleared under the toilet bowl etc. I do appreciate the effort they did when I told them it’s my daughter’s birthday so we had a cake waiting in the room which was nice ."

"The hotel is nicely kept and close to a train and bus station to conveniently travel to the tourist areas. There are a few limited food options in the immediate area but you can kind plenty of options within a 10 to 15 minute walk."

"This is easily the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed in. We had three rooms and none of them had working AC, we booked king beds suites and all the rooms had twin beds pushed together. The heat and the gap in the bed made this worse than a travelodge. On top of this, the design of the rooms is extremely backwards, there’s no space in the room, the bathroom has a weird skinny shape, the shower room opened against the door and could barely move inside the shower. "The hotel has a modern, edgy design and a great location near Chinatown. The room was a little small, but overall comfortable. However, there was a blood stain on the bedsheet, which was unpleasant, and the sound insulation was poor — I could clearly hear the people next door showering for nearly an hour. There were cobwebs around the air vent, since my room was a corner room at the end of the hallway, it made me feel like nobody had stayed this room for a while."
