She even had a taxi deliver a work bag for me after I forgot it in my hotel room! Speaking of the room, it was charming and perfect, with a very cool wardrobe, and wood ceilings that overflowed with rustic style. "This is a very authentic Tuscany experience. The bed was large and comfortable and so was our entire room, an updated farmhouse type building. Very clean and with all the amenities. The food for breakfast was freshly prepared and excellent. The dining in the evening was absolutely wonderful. This place has a quaint rustic feel. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. We loved staying at the Relais so we could drive to wineries and also San Gimignano. Highly recommend!!"

"Pros - Beautiful setting. Fantastic food in an upscale restaurant on site. Cons - A little ways from the highway but the location makes up for it. Both AC units did not work. They tried fixing but, they couldn’t get it to work. "

"Very cozy place for my one night stay in the Tuscany Countryside. Room is clean the tidy, pool looks amazing but weather was too chilly to use on my day of arrival. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would love to come back again. P.S. the cat is cute and friendly "
