There is a security at the entrance of the pier so nobody can come in. Guests can take walks at the pier, but not the whole pier but some areas. "We were staying to celebrate our anniversary and I was confirmed over the message that they will give us a cup cake and a bottle of bubbles to celebrate. But I got only bottle of bubbles even after speaking to them in person. They agreed to send cup cake and a candle to our room but they didn’t. It wasn’t a pleasant stay after this incident."

Singers on the street, fire trucks, cars blasting music at all hours is the downside (windows aren’t double glazed). But location made up for it! Roof top bar was very crowded all the time with no special area for guests."

I have stayed at other hotels in this chain before and have never encountered a kitchen that was so inadequately supplied. El colchón del sofá cama en muy malas condiciones y se expresó la queja y no hicieron nada para remediarlo. El hotel es algo caro y si tienes que caminar para llegar a la avenida principal donde están las tiendas, big hop bus, etc."
