"Clean and spacious room. Easy self check in. Great pool and hot tub in the back with a bar (I used the pool in the morning so I didn’t see the bar operating). Perfect location within walking distance to the French Quarter but far enough to have plenty of free (and apparently safe) street parking, and no street noise. Rooms could have more towels tho, specially in a place where there is nobody at the lobby after 6pm. We tried getting more towels in the morning but couldn’t find anyone there...

Don’t stay here if want a modern hotel, with many modern amenities, lacking in character and charm. "Perfect retreat for my celebration of life trip to NOLA! The Bunk House room is a gem with its unique, solid bunk bed and dreamy wall art creating a magical ambiance. "I can never thank Ryan enough for all of his help late nights when I worried there would be no one there to help. This property was always staffed with a smile and Ryan went out of his way to help me and make sure i had a great stay. This was so much better than a majority of some other properties I have stayed at. So yes while an older property it has all of the comforts and unique touches you need. "Huge wow factor when you come in. It’s a recently converted 130 year old school with high ceilings and beautiful rooms. Fully outfitted to cook your own meals. A three minute walk to the Canal Streetcar. Came with a family of four. Gated for additional safety. Free parking onsite. Gym downstairs is two treadmills and a bunch of barbells and some benches - all you need. 100% would stay here any time we are in the city, especially if staying for a week or more."
