"Unfortunately this property has ants. They refused to believe me or give me a refund until I literally made the woman at the front desk walk up to the room with me and we counted the ants together and she finally admitted they were there. The property then covered my stay at another property, in my opinion an admission of guilt surrounding how the staff member handled the situation. Why would I lie about there being ants in my room? What would I gain from that? I would personally avoid this...

"The Apartment was very nice and clean. Great communtication from the host. Key notes its walking distance from Cresent Mall. Great shoppingcenter to buy all your famous outlet brands, Cinema and Aracade for the kids. Massive food court and resturants. Pool area is really nice and open.
