My Stay in Evansville

For the price it was a great. The staff was friendly. The room was cozy. This is my third stay at this hotel. I would definitely book with them again in the future.

The cleaning of the propery was great. However, the breakfast options were terribe and the taste as well. Whatever the person on the upper room did you heard (using bathroom) at least i got room 216 and the air conditioner kept making noise through all night.

Good motel

I recently stayed at this motel and found it to be quite decent, especially considering its location, affordability, and cleanliness. However, I must point out that the breakfast options were a bit limited, with no eggs and a lack of variety. Additionally, I had a slightly uncomfortable experience during check-in as the staff member assisting us had a smoking smell, which made it a bit challenging to communicate face to face. Despite these minor issues, the overall stay was satisfactory.

Stayed in a dimly lit closet!

The room was very small, even for a solo traveler. The bed squeaked every time I moved and was very uncomfortable. Set the A/C to 68 and was still warm all night. Half of the lights in the room did not work, but the room itself was fairly clean.

Visited property two days following a snow & ice storm. Parking lot still slippery and dangerous. Two stars, and that’s being generous. Check-in: meh! Got the job done, but not impressed. Process slow. Clerk unpersonable. Did NOT like the unexpected $50 hold on my credit card for "possible incidentals." Don't experience that at other hotels. Three stars. Almost no electric outlets near the bed. Saw none near the desk or near the TV. In today's gadget world, multiple outlets or charging ports near the bed are a must. The only two available were in the clock, and not immediately apparent. A definite two-star situation. On the positive side, it is a fairy new facility and has a nice initial appearance. Clean outside (with exception of snow & ice in the parking lot). Reception lounge area small, stark, sparsely furnished, but clean. Elevator, halls, and room clean. Four stars. Good access to I-69, across the street from a convenience store well stocked with coffee and snacks, sits across the street from two restaurants, and walking distance to Lowes. Many other dining and shopping options only a short drive away. Five stars for location and short driving distance to available outside dining and shopping amenities. If the facility offered breakfast, I didn't stay for that so can't comment on it. Overall three stars. Nothing was BAD. Overall experience was "okay," not great. Not overly disappointed; just not impressed. Was expecting more from a newish facility.

Didn't get my deposit back and the room was spotless. The air didn't work very well. I had to check out a day early . I wasn't expecting a refund but they charged me $56 dollars for checking out early plus kept my deposit.
