"Loved this hotel. Staff was incredibly nice and attentive. The room was big and spacious and i didnt hear a peep outside. Enjoyed the hotel bar. Quaint and pleasant barkeeps. Highly recommend if you want to be pampered. Would stay again"

"El hotel esta en una zona muy guapa de la ciudad. Una zona con un contraste de edificaciones modernas y antiguos edificios de los almacenes.
Puedes ir caminando a muchos lugares de interés.
El hotel tiene habitaciones que dan al canal y otras hacia el frente del hotel ( calle ) nosotros nos hospedamos en las que dan a la calle y no sentimos ningún ruido. El staff muy amable, el desayuno muy rico y variado. "

Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die unglaublich netten und zuvorkommenden Mitarbeiter – ganz gleich ob an der Rezeption oder beim Frühstück. Der Herr mit dem südamerikanischen Namen (leider ist er uns nicht mehr genau bekannt) war einfach toll – aufmerksam, freundlich und stets gut gelaunt.
Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen war allerdings eine Mitarbeiterin in der Brasserie, die im Vergleich eher kühl und unfreundlich wirkte....
"The hotel was clean and beautiful. Location was fantastic if you want to access the main tourism spots; many are walkable from this hotel. The rooms were so soundproof, the traffic and even summer road construction could not be heard. The hotel restaurant was also very enjoyable. "
"What a quiet little haven to return to after a busy day out on the town! It was lovely sipping a cup of coffee outside our upstairs apartment in the morning and looking out into the lush greenery of the quiet courtyard!
The apartment was impeccably clean, stylish and had a well equipped kitchen. As we were traveling for more than 3 weeks we also appreciated the opportunity to do laundry on site. Penny supermarket is right across the street.

"A wonderful capsule hotel! Great staff, very clean! Absolutely would stay here again. Good pricing and very close to the Hauptbahnhof. The area surrounding gets a bad wrap. As a solo female traveler I exercised more caution late at night, but never felt unsafe. Don’t be stupid, and stay aware/trust your gut and you’ll be fine. "
