"Such a nice breakfast out on the patio. Quiet, peaceful. Took a dip in the pool which is gorgeous.. unfortunately weather not super warm during our visit but still enjoyed a refreshing dip! Loved our hike to SanGimingnano. Be aware that this is kind of a remote property, but it is beautiful and peaceful. Its up a windy dirt road. We stayed for dinner two nights and enjoyed the property and hiking. Very nice and helpful staff."

"I will dream of this property forever. It has the most magnificent view of San Gimignano and the countryside, and is literally a 5 minute drive into town. It was the perfect escape for our honeymoon this summer. The only thing I wish we had, was more time to enjoy the hotel. The breakfast was super tasty! "

"Conveniently located close to the centre and the parking (if driving). Our room had also a kitchen. Very clean and comfortable. Only cons is that there is no elevator (our room was at second floor). It was not a problem for us but very important for people with walking difficulties. Highly recommended. "

"Very cozy place for my one night stay in the Tuscany Countryside. Room is clean the tidy, pool looks amazing but weather was too chilly to use on my day of arrival. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would love to come back again. P.S. the cat is cute and friendly "

"The staff were very friendly and informative, food was great, their own produce was great and the views were amazing. I would love to return in warmer weather when the pool is open. The only downside was being charged €50 cleaning fee. I missed it in the small print when booking. This wasn't a fine for leaving the rooms untidy, this is their standard charge for their 1 bed apartments. We stayed there 1 night and still had the same charge as someone who stays for a week. "Truly a gem! Our room was beautiful with a lovely view. It is very close to the main road and restaurants. Definitely opt in for the breakfast it was absolutely delicious. "

"This hotel is not family or vacation friendly. This is for a local tourist that’s traveling with a backpack. There are about 80 stairs to get to your room, so take that into consideration for every time you have to go back to your room. There is also no air conditioning and the owner told us just keep your windows open. That was also not doable with the noise outside and all the birds that would fly inside bc there are no curtains or nets on windows. We went in may-June and it was cool outside...
