"We had a short stay. Just one night. The staff was helpful beforehand answering questions through the app. Told us it was a 5 min walk from Terminal 1, which is true. The walk from the airport was very easy. We used the shuttle in the morning which was very convenient. Room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast apparently opened really early, but we didn’t have time to get it. Staff was very friendly and helpful."

"This was our best stay in Lisbon! Our room was so comfortable and clean. The amenities are excellent, we love the pools and spas. The breakfast buffet was great and the airport shuttle was fast for pickup and drop off. We would definitely stay here again!"

The staff was warm and attentive, the rooms were comfortable and spotless, and the breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of fresh fruits, vegetables, and hot dishes. The rooftop pool was a real highlight, offering stunning views, especially at sunset. Everything was well maintained and made for a relaxing and memorable stay. Highly recommended!"

"The hotel is on the river and has amazing views. The included breakfast was delicious. Unfortunately we experienced several items within our room that didn’t work or were in bad repair - broken AC, water pipes that “screamed” when having a shower and frayed rugs. For a 5 star hotel with a 5 star price tag I expected a flawless and enjoyable experience. Very disappointed with this hotel."

"Beautiful just like in the photos. Jessica at the reception went above and beyond to ensure our smooth transition from the ship to the hotel. She took care of our transportation and facilitated early check-in for most of the group. Additionally, she directed us to nearby attractions and even went out of her way to make us lunch reservations. The views from the rooftop spectacular. Staff was very accommodating in every aspect."

"It was a dispiriting stay, I wasn’t expecting much, it was close to the airport and I had an a long journey so I was hoping it would be a convenient place to stay. Really annoyingly as I had paid in advance I was told I hadn’t. I had to stand my ground and show them my receipt from hotels.com. I wonder how many people might have presumed that it was pay at the property The room was drab with no toiletries in the bathroom and the shower not over clean. I was late and it took ages to get my WIFI...

"I have stayed here several times now. The host/owner is absolutely lovely and communicative. This last time, I brought my family and we rented multiple boats. It's straight up a great experience and fun. You can take a short walk down to the acquarium and enjoy local access to restuarants and other novelty places. Love the area cafes and the waterfront walking access. I recommend it for folks looking for an experience other than a boring hotel room."
