"Nice place, but I didn’t connect with the neighborhood or any other surrounding area until the last night. There are local grocery and restaurant options, but not a fit for me. The last night I visited Bar Alimentar around the corner and LOVED it. Wish I had tried it earlier."

"The location was convenient and easy to access, but overall the stay was disappointing. There is a lot to improve. The bathroom was not clean enough, the rooms were very small, and there was an unpleasant smell throughout the property. Additionally, the guests did not fully respect the house rules, which made the experience uncomfortable. While the location is a positive point, the overall quality and cleanliness need significant improvement."

"An elegant hotel, quite grand and very nicely decorated to fit the period of the building. Staff were very helpful. Good location, few bars and places to eat nearby. About 15 minutes walk to the busier parts of the city. Loved the library on the to floor and balcony. Honesty bar a nice touch. Room and bathroom very spacious. "

It’s in a good neighborhood, within walking distance of good restaurants and shops, and the staff couldn’t possibly be more helpful and accommodating. "The hotel room was good, comfortable and clean but very dark. The location was in an area with upscale shops and restaurants. We had hoped for a more casual neighborhood and wandered further away to enjoy a meal. Unfortunately, I left my Amazon Kindle on the bed when we left. I tried numerous time to contact the hotel through email, chat, and telephone and had hoped that my messages would be acknowledged and arrangements would have been made to return my device. The staff were superficially nice but not helpful to the point it seemed like a burden to ask them questions about anything so I avoided them unless absolutely necessary.
