"Das Hotel selbst war ok, allerdings sehr hellhörig, kein Parkplatz. Das Frühstück war gut, das Restaurant hatte Höhen und Tiefen im Service, war tw. nicht wirklich hilfsbereit. Einmal sind wir gegangen, weil einige Speisen nicht verfügbar waren und man bei anderen keine Bereitschaft hatte, auch nur die geringste Abweichung zur Karte vorzunehmen. Schade! "

"Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig und lecker. Alle Mitarbeitenden waren stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war hell und groß, allerdings war die Dusche direkt im Zimmer (also kein separates Bad). In Spanien gibt es strenge Raucherregelungen, auf dem Balkon oder direkt neben den Liegen am Pool darf man nicht rauchen. Das Hotel lag direkt am Strand und fußläufig vom Bierkönig/Megapark entfernt. "This property was AMAZING! The staff was very kind and helpful. The property is walking distance from the beach but just far enough that you were not in front of all the foot traffic. So you got the privacy you needed plus the proximity you want. The breakfast was delicious. Hotel rooms were big, clean and fully updated. "The location was great - proximity to Palma, bus line, beach - but not what I would consider a 5 star hotel. Service was lacking and a bit disappointing; for example the airline lost our luggage and I asked for a brush to be delivered to our room, and it never was despite 2 calls. "Das Hotel ist für ein paar Tage Auszeit völlig okay, wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Obwohl wir „nur“ ein Standard Doppelzimmer gebucht haben , hatten wir ein wunderschönen Ausblick aufs Meer. Im großen und Ganzen waren wir rundum zufrieden und können das Hotel weiter empfehlen. Wir kommen auch sicher nochmal wieder :)"
