"Not great for family. Might be ok for a solo traveller. Staff does not work on site, so make sure you call them before checking in. We had to wait for 30 minutes, after when were able to call the staff and they provided directions on doing our own self-check in lol. Property is very tiny, and not very clean. Our room was like 50 sq feet only, no exhaust in washrooms. Hair on mattress. I would prefer some place else for the nightly rate they charge."

"Prior to my arrival the front desk messaged me regarding my upcoming check in; giving clear and concise directions on the process and what to expect. The same for checkout. Even upon arrival, anything I needed even if the could not provide, at the very least they attempted to find a solution for me Great location and beautiful view of the river. Near several quick and easy restaurants; close to the airport and tourist attractions but not surrounded by tourists. Extremely easy to either order...

"ポルトに来たら何度でも使用したいと思うほど素晴らしかったです。 ポルトの市街地からは少しだけ歩くのですが、宿の探しやすさ、サービスの素晴らしさが最高でした。 わたしは事前チェックインの対応を忘れてしまったのですが、宿に着き連絡したらすぐチェックイン方法の連絡をくれました。 おかげで、携帯も私自身ももうへとへと限界だったのですが、ギリギリ繋ぎ止めることができました。本当に感謝です。 また、お風呂やトイレも毎日掃除が行き届いていて非常に綺麗でしたし、キッチンや洗濯機の完備も最高でした。コーヒーや紅茶も置いてくださってる気遣いも素敵です。 女1人、初めてのヨーロッパ一人旅で大変不安でしたが、本当にリラックスして過ごすことができました。 ありがとうございました！ もしまたポルトに来れたら、利用させてください！"
