"It was everything and more as listed, great breakfast buffet, excellent roof top spa and pool."

"The staff are very pleasant and professional. There are just a few things that would have improved my stay. The breakfast is ok - doesn’t provide fresh eggs. There is the option of hard boiled (cold) or scrambled ( not much good if you don’t eat dairy). They also don’t provide decaffeinated coffee. The bed was very hard for me - not great with older shoulders. The bathroom lights are very dim. It’s no good for us aging folk who can’t see as well. The only mirror was in the dark bathroom. "

"Clean and pretty spacious. Loved having the small balcony overlooking a courtyard. Quiet street in a great location with tons of restaurants and bars in the area. Super centrally located and a full stocked grocery store a 2 mins walk away. Fantastic to be able to make tea in the morning, buy some groceries to not eat out every meal. Also appreciated the dishwasher and laundry in the unit. Front desk was great and responsive. Apartment was very clean. Would recommend!!"

"We had a lovely stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The hotel is very well maintained and spotlessly clean throughout. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. One of the highlights was definitely the spa — after a long day of walking and exploring, it was so nice to unwind in the pool and hot tub. We also received complimentary drinks vouchers, which was a lovely touch. We enjoyed sitting outside by the fountain with a cup of tea, which made the experience even more relaxing. The location is excellent, with plenty of great places within walking distance. We especially loved the pizza from Belli Di Mamma — absolutely amazing and only a short walk away. Overall, a fantastic stay with great facilities, a perfect location, and friendly touches that made it extra special. I had a great 30th birthday"

"No remote for AC, TV remote barely worked. Water in shower couldn't be set well as temperature had been changing back and forth."

"The staff at reception was very friendly. As for the room itself, the bed was comfortable. However, there was a bad smell in the bathroom that never seem to disappear even when extractor fan is left on. It was nauseating everytime i stepped into the bathroom. I could hear the pipes the whole night from the room (probably from people flusing upstairs). Also, there wasn't any bath shampoo (either finished or not working). "
