"What a find this is. First it is an excellent location. All kinds of restaurant choices in the vicinity. While it is in a busy street, only minimal road noise in our room facing the street. It is a one bedroom apartment, essentially. Modern decor and air conditioning. We ate breakfast one morning only from menu and it was veery good. Within short distance (3 min walk) to major transportation hub. And in case you didn’t know, use of all transportation ( including airport bus) is free for those over 65. Just have ID with you in case they check"

"Staff at check in were helpful to store our luggage until a room was available but were otherwise disintetested in their customers. Room was 27C on check in (33C outside). Set thermostat to 20C but room never got cooler than 23.5C, even at night when outside temp was 18C. Can't open the windows because of too much traffic noise. Beds were very basic. Breakfast was good. All-in-All, we would avoid staying at an IBIS in the future."

"This was my first time staying at a hostel and it was a great experience. It was clean and well maintained, and the staff were always friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. One thing I really appreciated was the luggage storage option after checkout, which made it so much easier to enjoy my last day before a later flight. The location was also excellent — close to everything I needed and only about a 5–10 minute walk to multiple transit options, making it easy to get around the city. I would definitely stay here again"

"Location was great, room was nice at least the bed was comfortable, the quality is a solid 4 star quality hotel, nicely designed, everything worked as expected love that the room doors were a vault door sized, the balcony was a nice touch. Bathrooms amazing literally coming from America I have nothing really to complain about. Would recommend"

"This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. This is the first time I simply got up and checked into a different hotel. The apartment space is okay. It’s located on the fourth floor of a building but the elevator has been out of service for months according to residents of the building. Had I come with older family there’s no way they would have gotten their luggage up or been able to make the trek every single day. After we checked in the first thing we noticed were the white stains all over the couch. We booked a bed + sleeper so that 2 people could use the apartment . No worries we thought let’s check for sheets. None provided. Then we looked at the pillows. No pillow covers in the pillows. We stripped the bed of some sheets and used some of the sheets from the bed for the sleeper. But it got worse. The first person who used the bathroom didn’t have an issue. What other reviewers mentioned as a septic smell began. After flushing you’ve now allowed septic smells to begin flowing up from the toilet. We didn’t realize this until we returned home at night. The smell was nauseating. Nothing we did besides opening the windows would clear the smell. Even when we awoke the next morning it was rancid. We promptly checked out the next morning. This might not affect all rooms, but other reviewers mention it so heed the warning. Additionally after checking out, support never bothered following, so that should tell you everything. Exe Hotel is cheaper and around the corner"
