"I frequently stay at Hyatt Place on my arrival and departure days. It's very easy & fast to get there from the Heathrow central bus station, bus A4. It's typical Hyatt Place as in many other places. I like it. It's cheaper and roomy than most of the hotels in the center of London city. There is a small gym in the basement."

There is a quiet confidence in delivering a first class experience, that only works when there is total team commitment. From reception to housekeeping , the restaurants and piano bar(try the cocktails) everyone pulls together 'on brand'. A must try."

"The room was quite dated as was the whole hotel. There was a laundry truck unloading for about two hours in between 2-4 am outside the room in the back alley (rough timings, I wasn't checking the clock in the middle of the night). It interrupted my sleep for a while. When I mentioned it to the receptionist in the morning he apologised but didn't seem too bothered. There is one thing I want from a hotel and it's a good night's sleep."
